Pembroke School holds an annual Indigenous Sports Round in acknowledgement and celebration of Reconciliation Week.

20 May 2021

Wednesday 26 May – Wednesday 2 June

In 2021, reconciliation is more than just raising awareness and knowledge. The theme ‘More than a word. Reconciliation takes action’, urges the reconciliation movement towards braver and more impactful action.

Pembroke's Indigenous students will lead student talks across Junior, Middle and Senior Schools, sharing song, dance and stories throughout Reconciliation Week from ELC to Year 12.

The inaugural event in 2016, involving the 1st Netball and Football teams, drew such respect that it was a welcome and natural progression for the event to be extended to all 1st teams.
