Accessing Pembroke Digital Services

Many of Pembroke’s digital services are accessible via the Pembroke School Parent Passport which allows parents to log in through a variety of identity providers via a single sign-on for a seamless and straightforward experience. Please click here for details.

Digital Services

Trove – Information, Communications & Learning Management

Trove is a central repository for the sharing of notices, School Policies, the School calendar, staff contact details, booklists, class and Sub-School information, parent year level communications and more.

Trove also facilitates learning management in Years 7 to 12 including electronic learning materials and assessment.


My Account – School Administration

My Account allows for the management of personal family details, trips/excursions and payment of school fees.


Pembroke Activities Portal – Co-Curricular Management

This platform is used to schedule and manage co-curricular programs, improving the experience for students, parents and staff. Co-curricular activity information can also be accessed on a mobile device via the Pembroke School App.


Pembroke School Mobile App

Integrated with our Parent Passport single sign-on service, the Pembroke School Mobile App provides a range of features for parents to access at their fingertips, including:

  • Push notifications for important information such as news and tailored updates
  • Streamlined visibility of learning information sourced directly from Trove including timetables, due work, classes and grades
  • The ability to submit absence notifications and update student details
  • Easy access to Trove News
  • Co-curricular information and nominations
  • Handy quick links such as Flexischools online food ordering, The Arrow newsletter and Pembroke School social media
  • A Groups section with curated parent touchpoints such as year level information
  • A School Contacts Directory

In addition to the new app, Junior School parents continue to utilise Toddle.

The ‘Pembroke School’ App can be installed from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on a mobile device (phone or tablet).
