The School offers bus services from Golden Grove, the Western Suburbs, Adelaide Hills, and Torrens Park.

Public bus services from Adelaide Hills and from Adelaide's beach-side suburbs are also a popular choice for many students, with these buses stopping directly outside Pembroke's Middle School campus on The Parade.

Route 1: Golden Grove Service currently departs from Lower North East Road then traveling to Northgate
Route 2: Hills Service currently departs from Onkaparinga Valley Road Oakbank
Route 3: Southern Service currently departs from Torrens Park
Route 4: Western Service currently departs from the corner of Seaview and Henley Beach Road
