Catherine Sayer (1985) is the CEO of Family Business Association, and was CEO at Food South Australia Inc prior to this. Catherine has sat on a number of boards, particularly in the seafood and agribusiness sector.

Alex Forster (2011) is a former AFL and SANFL Footballer and is currently the Football Director and player for the Pembroke Old Scholars Football Club. He is a Funeral Consultant with Berry Funerals.

Amelia Weston (1999) has had an interesting career working in marketing, communications and events. She has worked for the Australian Olympic Committee and the Royal Adelaide Show, and is Pembroke's Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

Amy Marshall (1995) is a freelance producer and digital marketer. Amy has been part of the creative advertising industry for over 18 years. She is currently working with Southstart on an event called the START (UP) Academy.

Doug Radford (2014) studied at the University of Adelaide, earning a University Medal for his double degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Finance. He is now a PhD student and researcher at the University.

Maddie Dunne (2011) is a journalist working as a senior producer for Good Morning Britain in the UK. She started in the TV industry as a 7 News Adelaide reporter and moved to London in 2019 where she’s worked for BBC, ITV and Al Jazeera.

Simon Palombi (2003) is an investigator with Coinbase, one of the largest Cryptocurrency exchanges. He has degrees in International Relations (First Class Hons) and Law, and has been an investigator in London for approximately seven years.

Jade Robran (1998) is a TV personality and journalist who has worked in the media industry for over 20 years. Jade hosts "Afternoons with Jade Robran" on Fiveaa and can be seen in the Stan series “Show Me the Money”.

Ellis Gelios (2012) is a journalist and radio producer at Flow FM Australia. He has produced a number of interviews with high-profile politicians, presenters, academics, singers, performers and sports stars.

Nick Heuzenroeder (2000) is the CEO of Haven Wealth Partners – one of the only carbon neutral investment companies in Australia.

Holly Jamieson Loveday (1997) was elected as the President of the Pembroke Old Scholars Committee in September 2021. Holly is the General Manager at Loveday Financial and a current parent at Pembroke.

Sara Rothermel (1980) is the owner and Chef of Amuse la Bouche Catering. Sara’s love of food saw her launch her catering business in 2018, and since then she has gone on to bring joy and delicious food to events across Adelaide.

Peng Wong (1989) is a Marketing Communications Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Amanda Price-McGregor was elected as the President of the Pembroke Old Scholars Committee in September 2020. Amanda is the Managing Director and owner of consulting firm Green Light Planning Solutions, and is a current parent of Pembroke.

Dr David Lam is a General Practitioner based in South Australia. He works at Lincoln Medical Centre in Port Lincoln, SA and has recently been awarded the prestigious 2019 RACGP General Practitioner of the Year Award.

Jessica Mills is a singer, dancer and actor based in Melbourne. Jessica made her adult professional debut in early 2017 with The 7 Sopranos: Songs from Stage and Screen, and has since toured internationally with the production.

Paul Brown is the Owner and Director of Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours. Paul established Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours in 1992 with his wife Mandy with the aim of showcasing the best that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

Penny Griggs is the CEO of the Adelaide Central School of Art and is also a Marriage Celebrant. Having previously worked at the SALA Festival and the Adelaide Festival Centre, she is passionate about the arts and arts education.
