Parents are our partners in the learning journey of our students.

For many at Pembroke, it is the sense of community that makes the School distinctive and this is in no small part due to the valuable contribution made by parents.

You will find at Pembroke an atmosphere of openness and accessibility in the best interests of your child. Pembroke maintains regular and constructive communication between the School and home. We do this via a fortnightly e-newsletter to parents and through other communications and resources available to parents and students on Trove, the School’s learning management system. We also invite you to contact your child’s teacher, Tutor, Senior Tutor, Head of House or Head of Sub-School on any matter that is cause for celebration or concern.

The dynamic and supportive educational experience offered at Pembroke is very reliant on the service of parents who are members of the School Board, Board Advisory Committees, the Parents’ and Friends’ Association and associated committees, including the Drama and Film Forum, Football Parents’ Association, Friends of Music, Rowing Parents’ Association, Parents of Pembroke Scout Group, and the Soccer Parents’ Association.
